Basic Program
All of our students start out with this program. It is a 6-month introduction to martial arts. We have basic programs for:
  • Dragons - 4-6 years old
  • Kids - 7-11 years old
  • Teens/Adults - 12 years and up
The Basic Program is an opportunity for the student to learn the fundamentals of the martial arts, become familiar with their instructors and surroundings, and begins each student on a path of growth, higher expectations, and realizing their potential. It's a chance to jump in and get your feet wet.

Black Belt Club
You've developed your foundation in the Basic Program. You're coming to class regularly and it's good to feel faster, stronger, more flexible. You're challenged by what you're learning. As with everything, you know there's more. The Black Belt Club gives you an opportunity to expand your horizons. Curriculum for our Black Belt Club members includes:

  • Bo Staff Training
  • Nun-Chuk Training
  • Escrima Training
  • Advance Self-Defense
  • Knife Defense
  • Gun Defense
  • Martial Arts Conditioning
  • Musical Form

Leadership Program
What is a Rock Solid Kid? We believe it's a person who is physically fit, able to accept challenges, able to make mistakes and continue on, respectful to self and others, willing to commit to a higher level of performance and personal experience.

A Rock Solid Kid shows leadership abilities. We challenge our leadership program candidates with the physical and mental components of our martial art training and in addition we work on drills and exercises that help our students:

  • Communicate effectively with others
  • Greet and make others comfortable
  • Volunteer their time and energy
  • Give direction and feedback
  • Learn the skills to be an effective instructor
Our Leadership Program is an important ingredient in helping young people become the Rock Solid Leaders of tomorrow.
